Cillar de Silos 'Estate' Tinto Fino 2019 aroha just wait until it hitsThis shows all the hallmarks of Cillar de Silos and the exceptional Spanish 2015 vintage. Creamed cherry with chipotle and adobe earthiness, cepes like shroominess and fennelly spice, all marked by the fine perfume of the local clay. Its perfectly balanced in the mouth, with the generous inky blue fruit profile cut by admirable fruit tannin which is long and open, carrying finely judged oak, natural spice and acid. Gorgeous, fluid and long.
